It has been my understanding that has been a delay (more than two weeks) in getting records prepared and transfered from the old office. I am not sure why it is taking so long, but I would hazard to guess it has more to do with their reduced manpower coupled with high demand for records. Please be patient. I know you do need to show up in person to pick up your records which is for your protection. This way the records are guaranteed not to fall upon wandering eyes. There is certainly sensitive information contained in those records that I am sure you would want to be kept private. So if you have a visit with me approaching soon and still have not gotten your records, please just bring yourself and your pill bottles. That will at least get us started on the right foot.
